Balance screen time and physical activity

Several studies  shows that children with a lot of screen time and are in poorer condition. At SCRIIN, we want to help all children and adolescents to find the balance in our digital world.

The SCRIIN app shows students how physically active they are and how much they use their smartphone.

Insight is often the first step to behaviour change and we see get very positive feedback from the schools that uses SCRIIN Balance!

The SCRIIN app shows the balance between screen time and physical activity. It keeps track of how many steps you take, how many active minutes and your total movement times . It also measures your screen time and how many time you pick your phone. You choose what you want to track and you can set personal goals.​

It's very easy to get started

  • Download the free SCRIIN app (see link in footer) and test it with your colleagues or in your family.
  • Register that you want to run SCRIIN Balance by filling out the form here. We will get back to you within a week and book a short introductory meeting.
  • Then introduce the app to the students and use it for one or a couple of weeks.
  • Follow the group's statistics in the app (no individual values are displayed)
